Privacy Policy

This baseline policy explains what Pundi handles when you use its personal finance organization workspace.

Information you provide

Pundi may store your account email and the finance information you choose to enter, such as accounts, transactions, budgets, clients, assets, and related planning records. Do not enter information you are not authorized to manage.

How the service works

Authentication and cloud synchronization are provided through Supabase. Transactional account messages, such as confirmation and password recovery, are sent through Resend using Pundi’s verified email sender. Pundi is hosted on Vercel and uses related infrastructure needed to operate the service.

Why information is processed

Information is used to authenticate your account, synchronize your workspace, calculate the views you request, provide backups and exports, maintain service operation, and respond to support requests. Pundi does not add invasive advertising trackers or screenshot collection to this beta.

Backups, export, and deletion

You can use the product’s backup/export tools to keep a copy of information you entered. You can request account deletion through the available account controls or the support pathway. Deletion may be subject to safe operational and legal retention requirements if those are later defined.

Security and sharing

Pundi uses authenticated access, account-scoped data controls, HTTPS, and provider security features appropriate to the current beta. No system can promise absolute security. Pundi does not sell your personal finance information. Providers process limited information on Pundi’s behalf to host, authenticate, synchronize, and deliver transactional email.

Product boundary

Pundi is a personal finance organization and tracking tool. It is not a bank, payment service, broker, or provider of financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
