Terms of Service

These baseline terms describe the conditions for using the Pundi controlled beta.

Version 1 · Effective 29 August 2026

Service

Pundi provides a personal finance organization and tracking workspace. The service is provided as-is during a controlled beta and may change, pause, or become unavailable.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the security of your account credentials, and activity performed through your account. Use an account only for information you are authorized to manage.

Not advice

Pundi does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, banking, brokerage, payment, or other professional advice. Views, calculations, and projections are organizational tools and should be checked before you rely on them.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, or use Pundi to process data unlawfully.

Data and deletion

You may use available export and account controls to manage your information. Account deletion requests can be made through the support pathway. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, users, or providers.

Responsibility and limits

You use Pundi at your own discretion and remain responsible for maintaining independent records and decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pundi is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate user-entered data, unavailable service, or decisions made using organizational views. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Operator identity

The product/operator label for this baseline is Pundi. A formal registered company or jurisdiction-specific legal identity has not yet been designated and should be finalized before a broader commercial launch.
